Entry Criteria
- Self-nominate or
- Nominate someone (you will be required to advise the nominee)
Who can enter?
- Eligibility is open to individuals or teams working in travel media or PR who are based in Asia or have a primary
focus on the Asian market.
- You may enter multiple categories using the same form. A fresh entry must be submitted for each category.
- Finalists are asked to attend the TravMedia Awards ceremony in Singapore on 20 October
2026.
- The Lifetime Achievement Awards are open to PR and media professionals who have worked in the travel industry for
over 10 years, demonstrated outstanding contributions, and are based in Asia or represent clients based in Asia.
Eligibility
- Entering the Awards is free for everyone.
- Your entry must be based on output during the period between 1 July 2025 and 1 July
2026.
- Agency and freelance PR entrants must be based in Asia. In-house teams or individuals must be based in the parent
organisation’s Asian offices.
Registration
- All registrations must be submitted through the appropriate registration form. There are separate forms for Media
and PR Awards.
- All stories entered must be uploaded to the submission portal.
- After you register, you will receive a link to your entry form(s) that you must complete by midnight on 21 July 2026.
Entry Process
Once your registration is approved, fill out and submit your entry according to the form’s instructions. Upload any
required supporting evidence as specified in the form.
- Submit all entries by midnight on 21 July 2026 via the TravMedia Awards portal. A
confirmation email will be sent once your entry is received.
- You can save your entry and return to update it any time before you submit. After submitting, no further changes are
allowed.
- Where appropriate, it is important to provide the information required for your category, such as objectives,
campaign results and ROI, as this data helps demonstrate campaign effectiveness. We appreciate that this information
is sensitive, and all judges will be asked to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement.
- If part of your entry contains video, the content must be hosted online using a service such as YouTube, Vimeo,
Dropbox or an equivalent, and you must include all appropriate URLs in the entry form or if you are asked to upload a
’Supporting Evidence’ document.
- All judges will be allocated specific categories by TravMedia, and we will ensure there are no conflicts of
interest.
Entry Rules
- Register your intention to enter.
- Final entries must be submitted via the TravMedia Awards portal. A link will be emailed to you on approval of your
registration.
- Award Entry Submissions must be received by midnight on 21 July 2026.
- The TravMedia Awards reserves the right to re-allocate your entry into another category if appropriate.
- The judges’ decisions are final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
