She was responsible for turning around the T+L brand in India from 2018, wherein the title grew by over 300% in its digital reach, and she was instrumental in increasing readership of its print edition through strategic partnerships. Aindrila is a thought-leader in India's current media landscape. She has over 22 years of experience in journalism, covering lifestyle, fashion, beauty and travel. She led the Indian license of the AskMen.com portal, was a senior editor at Times of India Group for eleven years, and the founding editor of Femina Wedding Time, launching iDiva.

She was the first Travel Editor for ST, Singapore’s national English-language daily newspaper and multimedia site. Her travels have taken her to the seven continents, where she has filed stories on Antarctica, a Great White Shark cage dive in Australia, and a road trip to the far western edge of China. Previously based in Washington, she established ST’s U.S. bureau and joined the World Bank as a consultant. In Bangkok, she covered Thailand, Myanmar, Vietnam and Cambodia as a foreign correspondent. Her editing portfolios have included The Life multimedia luxury magazine, Urban style magazine and National Day Specials. She has also written on politics and religion as a senior writer on the Political desk and Enterprise investigative section, and was a Sunday Times columnist.

Tracy brings nearly 20 years of marketing and communications experience in tourism and hospitality. At MFLG, she leads marketing, communications, events, guest relations and retail. Her key responsibilities are to drive awareness and revenue across the brand’s attractions, guided tour experiences, F&B concepts and retail offerings at Mount Faber and Sentosa. Her strategic expertise in the Singapore Cable Car’s 50th Anniversary campaign in 2024 resulted in its most awarded campaign since the attraction’s launch in 1974. The campaign garnered 13 prestigious awards across seven internationally recognised platforms — a testament to PR, communications, and event marketing excellence. Before joining MFLG in 2016, Tracy spent a decade in leading PR agencies, followed by roles at Banyan Tree and Radisson Hotel Group, leading PR across Southeast Asia and Asia Pacific. She holds a Marketing degree from Monash University and enjoys movies, travelling, and long walks with podcasts.
