The TravMedia Awards 2025 delivered another unforgettable night of celebration, honouring the finest achievements in travel journalism, content creation, and PR!

Held on 12 May at The Londoner Hotel, the black-tie gala brought together the industry’s most influential media and communications professionals for an electric evening of recognition, inspiration, and entertainment — brilliantly hosted by TV favourite Vernon Kay.

This year’s awards had a record number of entries, which were judged by a distinguished panel of travel industry leaders. From powerful storytelling to innovative campaigns, the night celebrated those shaping the future of travel.

Organised by TravMedia, the global network connecting the travel industry with the media, the Awards were a true highlight of this year's travel media calendar.

Introducing the Luxury Travel Writer of the Year award which recognises excellence in journalism covering the premium travel experience. We’re also redefining the Specialist Travel Writer of the Year by creating two distinct categories: Topic and Destination, allowing for greater recognition of writers exploring diverse travel themes and those showcasing the uique character of specific locations.

Now in its fifth year, we've seen the event grow year on year, with last year's Awards attended by more than 320 media, content creators, PRs and industry professionals. What a truly memorable night it was! This year our celebrity host will again drive the show, while around the ballroom our sponsors’ tables will host category finalists.

The hotel is the epitome of luxury and scaled to accommodate the level of celebration we’re planning for the big night.
